Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Reshamdoree, we want you to be happy with your saree. Please read our policy before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Please contact us before your order is dispatched to request cancellation. Our team will confirm whether cancellation is possible. If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights concerning non-delivery, qualifying late delivery or product issues.

Returns for Product Issues

We accept return requests when:

• The saree arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
• You receive an incorrect product.
• The product materially differs from its description or the item ordered.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds simply because you change your mind or no longer prefer the colour, design or style of a correctly supplied product.

How to Request a Return

Contact us promptly after discovering an issue and provide your order number, a brief description and clear photographs showing the problem.

Please stop using the saree once you notice the issue and retain its tags, packaging and invoice where available. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Please contact us before sending any product back.

Damage caused by misuse, improper washing or alterations is not eligible as a product defect. These conditions do not exclude claims for an existing defect discovered during normal use.

Replacement & Refunds

We do not offer refunds after delivery for change-of-mind purchases.

For a confirmed product issue, we can arrange a replacement with your agreement, subject to availability. Refunds will be provided where required under applicable consumer law; accepting a replacement is not compulsory where you are entitled to a refund.

Any applicable refund method, processing timeframe and return shipping arrangements will be communicated when your request is reviewed.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
