CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Reshamdoree, exchanges are available for genuine product issues. Please review the following terms before placing your order.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted before dispatch. Our team will confirm whether your order can still be cancelled. For an accepted prepaid cancellation, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind.

Exchange Eligibility

You can request an exchange if:

• Your saree arrives damaged.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• You receive the wrong product or colour variant.
• The item materially differs from its description.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds after delivery for a change of mind, personal preference, or dislike of a correctly supplied colour or design.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact us promptly after discovering the issue. Share your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs.

Stop using the saree once you notice the issue. Keep the original tags, packaging and invoice where available. Please contact us before returning the product so we can provide shipping instructions.

Damage caused by misuse, improper washing or alterations is not eligible for exchange. This does not exclude an existing defect discovered during normal use.

Exchange & Refund Resolution

After reviewing the issue, we will confirm exchange eligibility and replacement availability. Any alternative product will be supplied only with your agreement.

We do not provide routine refunds after delivery. However, refunds and other remedies required under applicable consumer protection laws will be honoured. This policy does not limit those rights.
